Wow the studio didn't approve, I dont like the sounds of that, not that I ship them, just I hope it wasn't because of gay phobes. Actually it makes sense in a way because Jeremy and Bonnie got sorta thrown together out of nowhere in season 2, and they suddenly put Caroline with Tyler. Had they seriously gone with Jeremy/Tyler, it would of changed everything, and Tyler would of had a bigger role I reckon paired with Jeremy than Caroline and not being send away every season, no Klaus/Caroline tie = better for tyler's character.
Jeremy doesn't exist in the books. Jeremy and Tyler - I DON'T THINK SO. They're too hot to be gay.
So what? Gay people must be ugly then?
Physical attractiveness is not dependent on sexual orientation
@122. Too hot to be gay? I've heard some crap in my fourteen years and that may be the biggest pile of it I have ever come across in my life. Plenty of good looking actors/singers are gay - Christian Coulson and Adam Lambert to name a few - so your point is invalid and sounds like your homophobic if I'm honest.
@Buffyfan123 Yeah, I agree, the only reason they sent Tyler away was to prop up *retches* Klaroline *throws up* (sorry, had to do it). I think it would have been great to have a gay couple on the show as it might have changed some peoples views on Gay people, and it's not like it's a kids show anyway, it's rated 15 on the box set in England. Well, they had Rebekah kissing a girl (man I wanted to be that girl so badly) even if it wasn't shown for very long, so it's a start at least.
^ True that and I do think Michael Trevino has the raw end of the deal, hes still getting paid and credited as a regular, but is barely getting used. Rebekah kissing a girl was a start, and I'm glad it was a start. But if they did make a main character gay, everyone will just compare it to Willow being gay on Buffy, and I hope not. It would be nice to see more gay characters on the show, or maybe originals can go there.
What do you think?
