What if Silas' lover was never dead? My theory is that perhaps Quetsiyah and Silas' Lover might have be friends or somewhat close in the beginning. Perhaps, Quetsiyah was the catalyst to Silas and his lover's first ever encounter. Then, Quetsiyah might have thought that their growing love for one another was just simple friendship and nothing more. So that, when Silas asked for her help in making him an immortal she helped him. Then, when she found out that Silas also wanted to make the girl an immortal; all hell broke loose 'cause she might have blamed herself for them meeting and falling in love in the first place. So out of perhaps anger (at herself and Silas and his Lover), jealousy, and the feeling of being betrayed was too much for her to handle; so she tried to kill Silas' lover but couldn't because she had a close relationship with her and perhaps owes her a lot . And then imprisoned Silas in the Tomb and made him believe that she has killed his Lover. But because she's still mad at Silas' Lover for taking her best friend and true love from her, she wanted her to suffer as much as she does by conducting a spell which will only make her sleep for all eternity and possibly torture her in her sleep (like Silas) ???
