For me I think it would be fun if they ressurrected all the Originals especially Mikael. Sort of like what they did with the four witches have Finn, Kol, Mikael, and Esther walking out of a graveyard wondering what's going on and for the big mystery to be who brought them back.
Here is one, Klaus and his father are fighting when suddenly a dark figure walks appears and Mikael freaks out....Klaus asks who he is whilst mikael flees and the mysterious figure steps forward into the light and says "I am your grandfather"
Klaus said he wondered if His father (Mikael) was treated cruelly by his father and thats why he was the way he was...maybe make that into a plotline
At the end the whole family but Henrik is back.....I'd like for him to come back too. Anyway, I'm so happy Kol's alive!!
Picture this for an ending...
With Klaus and Hayley both siding with the Werewolves of the French Quarter Marcel attempts to bring Elijah to his cause with Elijah having no loyalty towards the Werewolf faction. Elijah proceeds to train the Vampires with the correct morals that he had instilled in himself and their loyalty to him was unnerving but not out of fear but out of respect. Elijah finally believed that he could beat the very nature of the Vampire race and within the depths of the darkness that created them, find some form of good.
Unfortunately Niklaus and Hayley did not agree with this and knew Marcel was raising another Vampire community. Elijah informed the pair of them that the Vampires were under his protection and not to be touched but Niklaus convinced Hayley otherwise. Klaus and Hayley believed that it was impossible for the Werewolves and Vampires to co-exist and against Elijah’s wishes led the Moonlight Ring-wearing Werewolves against the Vampires.
All of Marcel and Elijah’s Vampires were killed including Elijah’s personal pupil, Gia. Elijah and Marcel arrived to see the destruction that was caused by the Werewolves and Gia told them everything before she died in Elijah’s arms.
Elijah confronted both Klaus and Hayley, his feelings of betrayal reaching its peak. He emotionally informed them both that he would have expected this kind of betrayal from Niklaus but never from Hayley. Elijah said that he gave the Vampires his word that he would keep them safe and form a truce with the Werewolves to see both species living in harmony in the French Quarter. This new community of Vampires all shared Elijah’s dream and none of them bared any ill will against the Werewolves. Niklaus and Hayley were beginning to realise the mistake of what they did but Elijah was not finished. Elijah, in his pain, turned off his humanity for the first time in his existence. Before he left he promised the two that he would make them both regret their decision. Niklaus looked on in fear as it was the first time Elijah had turned off his humanity and knew his big brother was going to make him pay for his actions.
^That would be.....well, for lack of another word, awesome.
Only one problem. As vampires get older, they seem to lose that knack they have for turning off their humanity (my guess is that it's some kind of survival mechanism, to get them through the early stages of their existence? But hey, that's just my headcanon and rationalising the point of something like that.). At least according to Rose. And sort of Katherine. Whatever.
Even if what Rose said is true, they can still hide behind the bloodlust. Remember how Klaus said the blood makes it easier for Stefan when they were trying to find a werewolf pack for him to turn into hybrids. But I very much like the idea of a cliffhanger to season 2 that Elijah stops his facade completely, however not for the finale of the series.
Aside from killing Hayley, Hope and Marcel I wonder what Elijah could do to really hurt Klaus? We know that Klaus, like Katherine, fears loniliness almost more than death so maybe that would be a great punishment? I would enjoy such a fate for Klaus much more than his death. Daggering doesn't work so desiccation will have to do. Although just for a summer doesn't do much, it needs to be years and I don't think they want to do such a large time jump.
The Originals plays at the same time as the Vampire Diaries so a large time jump isn’t possible unless they time jump both shows. If one time jumps and the other doesn’t it destroys all chances for future cross over episodes and if you look at it from the writer’s point of view you would just be limiting future ideas for yourself. At the moment with the way the Vampire Diaries is heading they have no need for a time jump so I wouldn’t expect one on the Originals.
That being said with Hope aging at a normal rate there is no way they can introduce her as a major character into the Originals without attempting to age her somewhat but I think the writers are refusing to do this at the moment for fear that they are copying that kid from Twilight.
Try this for a season 2 mid-season finale cliff-hanger…
Klaus finally kills Esther and believes he has truly managed to rid her from their lives for good. However in the next scene we see Rebekah pick up Hope from her crib and we see the marking on the back of Hope’s hand indicating she is being possessed by Esther…
That way the next part of the season could introduce Hope in a more fulfilling manner. For example, Esther chooses Hope as a vessel because she can utilise her granddaughter’s abilities as “the Original Tribrid”. She has Finn/Vincent track them down (I know about the cloaking spell Rebekah had put on Hope so for the sake of plot-holes let’s just say that Finn found them a different way). Finn uses his magic to overpower Rebekah and take Hope back to New Orleans.
Esther needs Hope’s body to mature so she can gain access to Hope’s abilities as the Original Tribrid so has Finn cast a rapid aging spell or something and in the next episodes we slowly see Hope mature from a baby to infant to teenager before Esther ceases the spell. Now in her prime Esther is able to harness Hope’s magic and all her other abilities to continue her fight with her children.
I personally think this would be awesome as it allows us to see more of Hope’s abilities, it would bring Rebekah back to New Orleans to help her family and keeps with the shows theme by focusing on the Original Family by introducing a new Original (Original Tribrid).
Honestly I'm rather tired of body swaps, both because it's being abused in this show and they keep bringing in new actors too much. It never leads to anything other than making someone like Esther seem invulnerable (although I loved the idea Monique and Elijah tricked Celeste into body jump into her own body) and the idea of Esther inside Klaus's child makes her even more invulnerable since then Klaus can't touch her at all for fear of hurting his own daughter.
Then again if this show is going to merely focus on the action then that migth be of the few ways to keep it on a good level since Klaus and his siblings are immortals. Normal witches, vampires or werewolves shouldn't be able to touch them.
I really wanted Tatia and Henrik back when they resurrected the 5 dead Original family members (Esther, Finncent, Kol, Mikael, Ansel).
Nice cliffhanger, Tat and Henrik were brought back a long time ago and have been living happily since then ready to get revenge on the Mikaelson brothers for their hand in each of their demise. They could totally have a moment like the end of the Season 6 premiere Damon and Bonnie were revealed to be alive but for the end of Season 3.
Baby Hope looks exactly like Elena and has turns against Klaus to rules as Queen of the Witches, The Werewolves and Vampires which is a real headache for Klaus and he loves his Daugter but she is stronger than him.
One big giant showdown between the Originals and there enemy, and Aurora's gun ends up in the wrong hands. The enemy raises the gun says a chilling line, and then there is a loud bang and the scene cuts to black followed by a scream of both that of Klaus and of his family/allies. End episode/season.
What do you think?
