Randell, do you realize how utterly wrong you are in the reply you made for me. This little piece of nonsense:
"klaus doesn't have doppleganger blood in him. if he did he would never need a living doppleganger blood to create hybrids. and he never did anyways. the moment tatia's blood was enchanted to create the blood wine that created vampires the bloodwine was not doppleganger blood"
You seem to think also that "bloodwine" or "bleootvwyne" (as I'm sure it may be pronounced in your mind) is, of course, a super duper awesome level 20 necromancy potion created by Esther with Shadow Magics... But the truth is that you can look at three places here on this Wikia (it's almost like it's Wikipedia, you know with all sorts of information and facts to know and use when you are debating a subject or also just pay attention, really good attention to the shows you watch) and find out some interesting information. One, for a specific doppelganger character in TVD (and TO): Tatia. Read the beginning of that web page, perhaps all of it. Then look up Blood. Go to the section named Doppelganger Blood. Read all of that. Then go to Hope Mikaelson's page and read that (especially the part when Tyler Lockwood comes to New Orleans).
If you read that and also do not suffer from reading comprehension issues, you will realize how terribly wrong you are on every front and that "bloodwine" is not some secret potion; it was merely wine the Mikaelson's were to drink during dinner that happened to also be enchanted by Esther and they had also laced it with Tatia's blood (using wine to mask the scent and taste of blood from the children).Thereby making it wine with blood in it, known as blood (SPACE) wine.
The reason Klaus was unable to create hybrids from his blood is also the reason why Elena (or more accurately, Klaus used it) COULD use her blood; and also the reason why HOPE TOO can make hybrids from her blood alone (it's why you read up about the whole Tyler Lockwood ordeal). Hope indeed has doppelganger blood flowing in her, allowing her to transition them all the way (or it "could" also be that Hope is such a powerful supernatural creature that much like a Doppelganger her blood as well can be used as an ingredient for very powerful spells; we don't know either yet, unless someone heard it from the head honchos; though it won't change anything about what we are "mainly" talking about). Elena was alive (if it matters and Hope uses remnants of doppelganger blood in her system, you must also remeber that no matter why she can make hybrids she can do it because she is alive) were as Klaus was a undead Original.
"Living" doppelganger blood is needed for many things within for the most part TVD. The Originals hasn't really asked for it that much yet.
Hopefully, you have read everything by the time you decide to respond. If you don't you'll again make me congratulate @Toe Knee 17 for being absolutely correct once again.
