I think she did have a kid, and that kid had another one etc. But they lived their normal human life. But it's only my opinion bc they don't say it on the show

Idk if she had one or not but Elena and Isabel would be born even if Hadn’t cause for example Katherine could have siblings and they could have continued the line.
