Well technically he could kinda do that in his human form by besting(catching him off guard) Marcels reflexes. But no he wouldn't be faster. We've seen many times that vamps can out run werewolves and hybrids. 😎
Who is this "beast" you refer to?
It's the type of Original Marcel(and Lucien castle at one point was) is. 😎
