Since the Beast’s senses is least equal to that of the Original Vampires. Does that mean Klaus is superior to the Beast in terms of senses because of his Werewolf side due to being superior to the Original Vampires in senses?

In all senses? I would say no. As it seems he would just be better at smell and danger sense. Other than that they are probably equal. 😎
I remeber that scene. He was teaching Hayley how to track with her smell. Even though he said what he said. I haven't really seen much proof of that(aside from the sense of smell).
