Hope and the twins, Heretic?

OK, so as we all know Hope at this very point in time is not a full Tribrid (as in she has not died and become a true vampire) so her abilities aren't at their fullest. But say Hope dies in the future and she becomes a true Tribrid do you think she could turn witches into a heretics?

Let me elaborate since hope is able to turn werewolves into hybrids with her blood isn't it possible for her to turn witches into heretics. And I think if this is possible it would be a great way for one of the twins or both the twins to become a heretic meaning they wouldn't have to do the merge. Right?

Honestly, I'm not very sure with this theory I feel like I might be missing something but if I am correct I would really be interested to see this happen.

She technically can turn the twins into a heretic now. She has vampire blood coursing through her veins.

Only Siphoners can be turned into witch-vampire hybrids.

A regular witch turned into a vampire cannot be a hybrid.

She'll keep it. Hope was created to take down M. And she needs all 3 sides activated to do so. She couldn't do it in the finale of season 1 because her vampire side wasn't active. If she lost her magic when she turned then she would still not be able to destroy him/it because of not having all 3. Which would make all of this completely pointless.

Now what would happen afterwards is uncertain. Whether she'd die -even if she found a way to stop M without sacrificing herself to do so-, or lose her magic and become just a werewolf-vampire hybrid. It's unlikely that she'd be able to just stay a fully active tribrid, Nature wouldn't fight to get rid of one "monster" just to allow another one.

If by turn a witch into a heretic, like turn Bonnie into a heretic, then no. She can't. No one can. Only a siphoner like Kai can become heretics. And any vampire can turn them. Hope being able to create werewolf-vampire hybrids has nothing to do with that.
