Sphinx riddle — your thoughts?

So, with the latest episode It Will All Be Painfully Clear Soon Enough, the Sphinx left us with the following riddle:

There are two prisoners.
One is the master of his cage.
The other returns home without power.
The sins of the father are visited upon the daughters here.
And not here.
New hero rises but can be felled by the golden arrow.
The wolf among you has many faces.
When time fractures, darkness overwhelms.
But the greatest destroyer of all is love.

What are your theories currently on what this could mean? My following theories are:

Master of his cage — Most likely a reference to Kai, who we know will return soon and cause issues for the characters.
Returning home without power — Clarke perhaps, he has no power returning home in Simulandon's body.
Sins of the father — Could be a reference to Alaric's time as a vampire, these sins are coming after his children, Josie and Lizzie. Perhaps a reference to them becoming vampire-witch hybrids. Please note that not all vampire-witch hybrids are Heretics — the Heretics were a coven of witch-hybrids, not all of them are heretics. Perhaps also Klaus' sins coming after Hope, will she become a vampire?
The golden arrow — Hope and Landon's love could cause some issues.
Time fractures — possibly a reference to the hourglass breaking, leading to the "darkness overwhelms".

What ideas do you guys have?

Master of his cage 100% refers to Malivore based on the fact he is the controller of the monsters inside of him but trapped in his mud form which is why he created Landon and wants to posses Landon.

The other prisoner I assume is Clarke as he is trapped inside Simulandon without any powers.

The Sins of the father one gets me because it talks about Daughters here and not Here. I would have said Alaric but the daughter not there doesn't work.

Time fractures one is referring to the Hourglass.

Overall I have no idea.

There are two prisoners. One is the master of his cage. The other returns home without power.

- Kai who is in a prison world and therefore the only master of the place and Clarke who returns home without power and prisoner again.

The sins of the father are visited upon the daughters here. And not here.

- Hope or the twins (mostly Josie).

New hero rises but can be felled by the golden arrow.

- no idea.

The wolf among you has many faces.

- an allusion to the red hood, which roams like wolves and are many and therefore many faces.

When time fractures, darkness overwhelms.

- the hourglass filled with black magic.

But the greatest destroyer of all is love.

- a disaster will happen because someone will do something dangerous for love.

One is the master of his cage.

- The Monster who is scarier than Malivore.

The Other returns home with power.

-Kai Parker coming back

The sins of the father are visited upon the daughters here. And not here.

-Kai Parker is going after the twins.

New hero rises but can be felled by the golden arrow.

-Sebastian

-The hourglass broke and overwhelms Josie with darkness.

'There are two prisoners'

Clarke and Malivore

'One is the master of his cage'

Malivore because he is trapped in a pit but he controls what comes out of him.

'The other returns home without power'

Clarke because he goes out into the world still controlled by his father and powerless to him. Kai wasn't a option because he has powers.

'The sins of the father are visited upon the daughters here. And not here'

I think Kai is trying to kill the twins and the part that says 'not here' means that it won't happen at the Salvatore School.

'New hero rises but can be felled by the golden arrow'

I think the new hero could be Josie and the golden arrow could be Hope and Landon. So Josie will rise to be a Hero but will fall in to darkness when Hope and Landon becomes a thing. (I'm guessing)

'The wolf among you has many faces'

Either this is Raphael or Sebastian. If it's talking about a real wolf then it might be Raphael since he is all messed up after being a wolf for sooooooo long. Or Sebastian could not be telling the truth about everything.

This is the hourglass

'The greatest destroyer of all is love'

Again I think it's talking about hope and Landon's relationship.
