I feel as though Legacies ruins its chances to introduce new and compeling characters and story arcs by automatically making them a love interest or just having them be another character in disguise. I feel like this doesn’t do much for the plot to move it along and keeps it stagnant also it doesn’t really give us characters worth remembering like the monsters. Yes the monsters are a cool way to introduce new supernatural species but it’s a shame that they’re a one off and end up becoming really tedious and repetitive since they’re all after the same thing.
