Hybrids, Heretics and Hope are all known existing hybrids in the Vampire Diaries/Originals/Legacies universe, but so far, we haven’t seen any werewolf-witch hybrids. I can’t help but wonder why. There are three series covering this universe.

I know that Klaus was half witch and half werewolf, but I’m not counting him, because once he activated his curse, his witchcraft abilities were expelled.

No, I’m talking real hybrids, people who can use magic and transform into wolves. Sure, they wouldn’t be nearly as cool without the iconic vampire blood and powers, but they’d still be pretty lit. Personally, I’d love nothing more than to see one of these hybrids. But what are your thoughts? Comment below.

Witches probably tend to stay away from wolves because they don't want their children to inherit the wolves temper and the curse

In The Originals novel they're a character called Vivianne Lescheres who's half-witch half-werewolf and the novels are canon

hope is a hybrid of witch and wolf, since its curse has been activated and its vampire gene is still asleep. Niklaus was a hybrid of witch and wolf, although his curse was asleep and he didn't know it. basically, if you look at it logically, the lineage of nine clans that the inadu turned into a wolf was also a witch and a wolf, since they were cursed, but they did not know of the existence of such.

If a witch and a werewolf have a child, then it will be a hybrid. Hope isn't special in that sense. Any pairing can do so, it's just witches don't want any dark magic in their children's magic. They probably exist somewhere like in Tibet or other places that have monasteries.

So far there has been zero in show canon.

Klaus never tapped into his witch side. And didn't trigger werewolf side until after he became a vampire. (And it has been implied the witch gene kipped him, by the fact that Hope has been said to get her witch gene from Esther, not Klaus.)

Hope still able to use magic means nothings since she is Nature's loophole for Malivore. She'll keep her magic regardless. Because otherwise, she wouldn't be a Tribrid.

^ She always referring Esther as reason why she is a witch because Klaus never tapped into his powers. if she wanted to tell the whole story it would be too long. That's why they are referring Klaus only as orginal vampire not Originals werewolf-vampire hybrid who as mortal was untapped witch - untriggered werewolf hybrid.

Technically,I would consider The Hollow a werewolf-witch hybrid considering she was apart of the tribe that killed her and since she cursed that tribe to the moon she was alive so she is a wolf though her werewolf side is dormant because she hadn’t killed anyone after the curse(not directly),but honestly that’s just a they’re of mine I don’t know if it is true or not

^Inadu was just a witch. She did not cast the curse on herself therefore she did not acquire the werewolf gene.

Klaus had his witchcraft abilities (assuming he had them) expelled when he became a vampire. He triggered the werewolf curse after he turned
