Hope is not a vampire so hailey has no sire line

@Nicolaster200 but wait Dwayne was in a way sired to Hayley when Tyler gave him Hopes blood and turned him. Also so was that boy Henry I think his name was the werewolf who killed himself and turned into a hybrid with her blood was sired to him.

That’s most likely a plot hole because what happened to Dwayne was exactly what happened to Hayley; they were both werewolves who both died with Hope’s blood in their systems and both came back to life as hybrids. But the only difference is that Dwayne was sired to Hope (despite Hope not being a vampire) and Hayley wasn’t sired to Hope (despite Hope not being a vampire as well). So what made it different for Hayley and not for Dwayne?

Even if hayley was sired to hope, she turned a lot of times after that, which according to Tyler lockwood breaks the site bond . And also hayley owes nothing to hope for her to still be sired to her.

Sirelink and Sirebond are not the same thing.

Neither Dwayne nor Hayley or even any of the hybrids turned by Hope's blood in season 5 -including Henry, were sirelinked to her. They are/were all unsired vampires(hybrids) in the sense that they were not linked to anyone. But every single one of them was sirebonded to her. Hayley was just the only one to have broken that bond; since she helped Tyler break his, she knew how to do it. And that was my turning into a wolf over and over again until it doesn't hurt anymore. Which she did during hiatus between seasons 1 & 2.
