I don't think so because immortality is against nature, the source of magic, and vampires are a loophole. The only way to be a witch-vampire hybrid is to be a siphoned

When she dies, the vampire blood in her will be activated and she’ll wake up a vampire in transition. Going by the typical rule, Nature doesn’t allow a witch to be immortal at the same time. However, Nature deliberately created Hope to be Tribrid to be the natural weapon against Malivore. To destroy him. She has to be an active (or full) Tribrid to do this. Right now she’s only 2/3. This means she’d have to be witch-werewolf-vampire all at the same time (3/3) to reach her full potential. Now, why would Nature allow her lose her magic when she becomes a vampire? This would defeat the whole purpose. What can a vampire-werewolf hybrid do to Malivore?

And apart from that, if she ever loses her magic, she’d basically become a newbie vampire-werewolf hybrid and will lose the whole Tribrid thing. What’s special about that? Might as well end the show because that’s the whole point.

I suppose they might go the route of saying whilst vampires aren’t human and so can’t practice magic, werewolves can, and therefore she can keep the magic, similar to how they explained Klaus’ ability to procreate.

@Sean 175 I think they were desperately trying to find a way to make Hope make sense. Because it technically doesn’t make sense. And they also wanted to make Hope even more relevant than she is. She has to be the “chosen one” lol. And mixing the blood of all three would be too easy. There has to be conflict. Hope probably knows she has to die to become 3/3 so she could truly end Malivore once and for all, and this might be the near “sacrifice”.

@CJMikaelson03 the award of the century goes to you sir. That, right there, is the loophole they could use to explain why Hope would be able to use her magic despite becoming a vampire. Since werewolf-witch hybrids can still use their magic, Hope technically still being a werewolf with witch powers would trump the “block” brought upon her by her vampirism. And if this allowed Klaus trump the “vampires are dead and can’t have children naturally” rule, then it can work for her. It’s not technically breaking the rules, but bending them.

She will not turn into a vampire because she is part witch, part werewolf and part vampire and is call a tribrid and if she die she will wake up the same as part witch part werewolf part vampire
