I would say markos and silas as a tie cause qetsiyah didnt come off evil persay and wes while interesting was in no position to be a vampire hunter

Markos was honestly a let down they should’ve made him more evil

I dont think markos was evil persay, he was just looking out for his coven and to hell with anyone who got in the way of his plans
