Season 8 i disliked in comparison but it did feel more coherent and smoothed out

Wasn't rushed rather time wasn't always spent in the right ways. All the big and important things were explained.

Found it pretty interesting tbh cuz like said it explained things

I didn't like it that much, the ending could have been so much better.

I mean the only part of the finale that was rushed was bonnie undoing elenas spell and it came from nowhere, at no point did bonnie have a spell in the works to help elena cause kai specifically said you try it and you die, that was rushed

Other than that the finale was mediocre but it felt appropriately timed

@Tommy,Klaus&Kol2012+ It had been 4-5 years and nothing suggest Bonnie wasn't looking for solutions to the slumbering spell. I wouldn't call it rushed. Bonnie had more than enough time and resources to find a solution to the Slumbering spell.

Agree, Enzo's, Tyler's and Stefan's deaths were so unnecessary, and it was never explained how the hell did Katherine became Queen of Hell it how did Kai met and knew Katherine and said she became the Queen of Hell

I think it was really rushed honestly. not much to explain on that

Knock-i dont recall that being the amount of time but even so kai said no loopholes but once again canon was ignored and she did it anyway.

And it was a dbag move cause bonnie did that and she couldnt even bring back enzo

Pavlos-katherine did all that through manipulation
