That's a very far off (and probably unlikely) possibility and about a century (give or take) difference (Kol stated 14th century and Cleo would be Closer to Mid 15th; her grandmother, perhaps late 14th century). The only country Kol specifically mentions in all of Africa is Uganda but in a different context in Live and Let Die, and unspecifically referring to "Africa" as a whole in regards to Silas in A View to a Kill. The context of the wiki, it's viewed that his later comment in TO is additional information from the off-handed comment in TVD, so, following that logic, he never was in Nigeria. So who knows...
