Well if she procreate with another werewolf there’s a possibility she could have children while being a fully activated tribrid. Klaus werewolf side was the reason she was born so it should work for her also.

The only Vampire to ever have a biological child was Klaus. The only way for Hope to be pregnant is by a magical baby inplant spell, which was used on Caroline.

Hope should be no different than any other hybrid. Besides having a "constant" supply of vampire blood in her system, she will have to die and transition into a vampire. If her blood works like Elena's she will have to use her own blood (pre-transition, i.e. stored) to complete the transition. This is different from how Klaus was turned (see FAQs; i.e. magic/loophole). Hybrids cannot procreate because they are undead/immortal. With all that said, there are other links in the FAQs that touch on her becoming a fully activated tribrid.

Bennett- I think Hope will simply have to die and do nothing, I think she will turn like Marcel and Lucien did.

They still drank blood, though they're not hybrids. Hope is and has a different requirement; just how different has yet to be established.

I think since she died and will wake up with the same blood, I think no mortal blood is needed to transition.
