I don't think i want anyone else to be introduce as series regular since we didn't got all of the main characters backstorys like Kaleb for example, for me it's to focus on the main characters and seeing Josie again

I agree but there are characters not as regulars who have more potential for story than characters who are regulars

Like necromancer and clarke i feel have more potential of story than cleo and landon for example

most likely it will be Jed the character seems to be gaining space with Ben's plot, I don't think Ben will fill that space as the idea is to make him a new villain, most likely Cleo will take Josie's place in the trio of" Lizzie Hope and Josie", and if they don't do that they will most likely include a character compared to the previous ones from TVD or TO, I have a feeling they will do it is a tactic to get the fans' attention and I believe that very soon they can create one time jump and bring in children of Delena, Bonnie or Freya.

She probably exists in the current timeline but the issue is she brings nothing to the table other than maybe another elena type character and i dont want to see that again

Its plot would just be a weaker version of immortality, the elixir gives "true immortality", the cure if passed genetically linked to her regeneration, could be a problem for vampires and other immortals, how would you cure an immortal, which comes from the cure itself ? once wounded she would heal, from broken bones, burns and many other attacks, she would be a being that would recover from any fatal attack, if nature didn't give her other qualities that Silas doesn't have like physical strength or speed, or even the weaker psychic powers.

Exactly the more I doubt that they waste this plot when it is likely to create a story even more interesting than Silas, I very much doubt that nature would make her a simple human when it would have the possibility of making her more dangerous than Silas to defeat a threat worse than malivore.

In the context of the timeline stefanie is either a little girl or hasnt been born yet
