Lizzie is a bad person (Vardemus case)

I wanted to believe that Lizzie is good person and that she is able to be better person thanks to hard work but she is clearly awful. She hurt Vardemus and left him do die. She helped him only because it was beneficial to her. Hope can blame her actions on lack of humanity, while Lizzie does wrong things when she has humanity on. Any thoughts?

Can’t be helped. Lizzie is Caroline old teenage self who woke up starving as a recently turned Heretic. She was hungry and on a mission. Besides Lizzie was bad long before she became a Heretic. 😎

but why this evil question now? I think it could be with sirebond too or not? once there is a bond with a vampire with humanity disabled, can't the same feelings be shared? in this case the coldness and lack of compassion? I don't understand why this questioning now, Damon, Klaus, Elijah did absurd things to humanity, and they were forgiven, is it only good when it's the sexy boy who does evil? if it's a girl won't it work? This is hypocrisy and sexism.

So many other male characters in the TVDU did things that were so much worse than that and were forgiven bc they were sexy and hot but when a girl does it she is a bad person, plus people have always tried to make Lizzie worse than she was.

I don't get it. What does Lizzie gender have to do with us not liking certain aspects of her character? The characters gender wasn't even mentioned as part of the issue?

Compared to what Lizzie did and Damon did in his vampire years,I don't see why he's labeled as changed after he made peace with stefan but Lizzie couldn't get a break, she has bipolar disorder and misses her mom,and now that she's a vampire that's heightened as ever so excuse me if she didn't heal vardemus quickly at the time after she fed on him but she was about to die of lack of blood and had the sole goal of killing hope for what she did to Alaric

@Sean 175 Gender has everything to do with it though, the horrible male character are literally glorfied while Lizzie is hated for a few things that makes her a saint compared to Damon, or literally any of the males in the Mikaelson family
