Yes, but this will be further explored this is one of the conditions as a biological daughter of an original, after all I think only the originals can generate other lineages, but we don't know if they are linked to her if she dies or not, her vampires apparently have the ability to enter houses uninvited if not a plot hole they are different.

the ability to compel, and be stronger i say all the factors of an original vampire to regular vampires comes from the spell, Marcel and Alaric can do this because they were spawned by a spell whether it's Freya or Sther, they have abilities that make them superiors, but Hope was generated / released as a breach through the nature, she has all these powers yes, but it doesn't make her an original by the spell, but by nature.

She is an original vampire because she couldn’t be killed unless by a red oak stake from the red oak tree plus She compelled a vampire in today’s episode this time not to mention she has a sire bond power/connection that is equal if not more powerful than klaus himself since she told Lizzie todo whatever she wants and she did it without hesitation.
