Infobox images were poorly maintained for a relatively long period before a standardization was created for consistency. Largely, they're relegated to seasonal long updates and the previous season's file was either renamed and updated to the new season or outright deleted. For Bonnie specifically, a S8 image was used with multiple updates through the season which you can see via the file history, here. Galleries for characters are still in the process of being updated with TO and LGC finalized.
