Why is he actually in the show post season 3? In the first 3 seasons of the show he actually has stuff to do, but after they bring him back, I honestly don’t think he does anything. Can someone explain this?

I just made an observation about the enhanced original after returning from the other side he wasn't linked to Elena let alone had any weaknesses exploited when he was created besides Elena, is it really possible that he was "immortal"? I mean in the sense of not just dying, not in a species like Silas, since there were no other weapons besides healing or the purification spell in Mystic Falls.

When Esther created the Original Vampires, we know that she added to the spell a mystical bond that would kill all the vampires created by the Originals if any of them died. The thing is, this link is a separate spell from Esther's Immortality Spell, or is intrinsically part of the Spell?

And if it's part of the Immortality Spell, does that mean that Alaric also had a Sireline Link to whom he transformed? And Marcel too?

I believe it was stated in the recent episode that there is a probability at least 2 of the protagonists will die in the battle against the gods so I have to ask who you all think will be the ones to die or whom you want to die not out of hatred but just you think its time to retire 2 faces and want to give some villains credibility on the level of klaus or kai where its been mostly lacked in legacies.

I will say that they can kill off alaric again but Im at the point I just dont think he will die, he hasnt stayed dead this far, I dont see it again. Hope they will only kill off if they intend on ending the series cause I cannot see a 5th season without hope, I just cant. I can kind of see ben dying, risking his immortality to save jed and the others.

Also to keep in mind as long as limbo and the necromancer are around its not out of question whomever dies just goes to limbo for a short while only to pop back up on earth.

To be honest I loved Lizzie in 4x10 and 4x11, but after 4x12 I am going back hating her. And the fact that she saved Aurora makes me hate Lizzie even more than I hated her for wanting Hope dead!

It's literaly like every time the writers make Lizzie less annoying one episode later is more annoying than ever.

I literally wish that Hope kills Lizzie.

But i guess is like father like daugther this season because it's clear that even Alaric doesn't care too much about Ted's fate if he gets his way. At this moment I think he even forgot about Landon.

Even so I liked this episode but Alaric and Lizzie made it annoying. I hope that at least one of them gets what he/she deserves !

Off the topic: Hope last scene in 4x12 was epic, I honestly hope that when when she recovers her humanity back will not return at her boring personality from before and better merge the two personalities into one and continue having some traits from her non-humanity personality !

In the last episode Hope said that she wants to open a school of her own but for tribrids only, and this is clearly foreshadowing of her becoming the headmistress at the Salvatore School.

Also Aurora did a Ryan Clark/Vardemus move and she became temporary headmistress at the Salvatore School to get something she needs for her plan, similar with what Clark did in Season 2, so at the moment is clear that the only good headmaster is Alaric.

It's clear that Alaric (IDK why but he will be back) and Landon(Because he is Hope's soulmate and all of that) will return. Now what if after his near death experience, Alaric decides to quit the school(because he is useless now, and they could replace him with a character that brings something to the story). So if Alaric quits the school , knowing the school track record of headmasters he names Hope as the headmistress because he trusts her and she is immortal and all of that + she is perfect for the job.

Do you guys think that any of the main TVD characters should have a child to be brought into the series? If so, who and why?

What abilities should the following human characters have cause Im tired of human characters flooded into a supernatural show, I dont see the reason for it.

Alaric(revert back to original vamp or something else)

Clarke(become something else cause the golems were not meant to be supernatural)

Does anyone have their own list of whom you would like to see resurrected along with alaric, ted and landon? Only conditions is these would have to be beings in limbo so anyone who is in peace is exempt, rafael is exempt cause he is in prison world. Malivore I guess is also exempt. Believe it or not tristan I think is exempt cause the serratura I think keeps him down in that containment spell forever so not even he can do a reunion with his sis.

The Theory time is here guys. I will start with Alaric and Landon Returning.

I think both of them will return next episode because Hope will be at the school and also Landon was seen into the trailer + Hope has some second thought about her humanity being off. Maybe Alaric tells Landon what is happening and Landon searches for a way back and recovers his powers. I think Alaric will be back as well but only for short time because at this moment his involvement in the story is ZERO. Also the only stories that really needs him will be The Merge or some Vampire Hunting( if the show wants to go back to basics but there are very little chances. Also the school has a very short number of students and he needs to recruit more. Also Alaric is one of the oldest characters in TVD as a main character.

For the villain side off story at the moment we have 100% confirmed Triad and The Merge(Gemini Coven Ghosts and other monsters that have the way to stop the merge) but we have some 50/50 as well:

• Clarke's girlfriend: at the end of the latest episode we see Clarke's girlfriend being surprisingly interested about the supernatural world and because this plot will involve Clarke maybe finally will have some closure for him as a character and also some interaction between him an Landon. I can see something like that happening

• Klaus has enemies: The Mikaelsons haven't always been the most good relatives. As the matter of fact only Freya was mentioned and shown in the most hard situation. She was the only one who was there for Hope. Rebekah was there but she wasn't the best aunt. In the season 2 Freya said that has a son(witch or werewolf, we don't know for sure) that wants to send to Salvatore school and if she decides to do so it will be a treat for the fans to see her for 3-4 episodes with her son and Hope in Mystic Falls and one of Klaus oldest enemies to show up( the most wanted will be Mikael because if Freya has a werewolf son that will make Michael very angry. Esther and Finn duo is also on the list and as TO showed they always find a way back and we know Esther has a grudge about vampires imagine what she will think about Hope The Original tribrid that has no weakness and I say that because we don't know that that stake that Cleo has will work because her power doesn't make it she always is right go see episode 2 of this season. And if Esther is involved her sidekick the zombie that always follows her commands Finn, Dahlia can also be invited. But that doesn't mean that a new villain that has a grudge on Klaus and his family will be bad, actually will be welcomed with open arms.)

• Nature: we know that the force of nature wants Hope dead so what about the entire force of nature being a invincible creature that goes after her. That will make for a hell of a fight.

It is unknown if we will see this villains below but like the most of the fans I want some villains to be in the show:

• Kaleb sire

• MG sire

• MG's mother being back as a villain

• Sirens

• And this is an idea of mine Hope being split into three(because she is a tribrid) every one of the having a different power and personality like one werewolf Hope is brave and honest, witch Hope shy and like Josie in season 1 and vampire(original) Hope a mini-Klaus in season 2 or three of TVD. And vampire Hope creates chaos and makes MG(because is a reaper) to switch his humanity off and the Squad and the two good Hope try to stop them. And if Vampire Hope dies so the rest of her versions. And also this will make the perfect moment to kill Mg off in way because and offer him a story i don't even see his role in the show at this moment besides comic relief and a love triangle between Lizzie,him and Ethan(honestly i prefer Ethan and Lizzie).

Also i have a theory about how the should end: Hope and Landon being immortal beings running the school. Josie being a hybrid (vampire-witch) and Finch a hybrid created by Hope to save her life recruiting more students. Alaric and Klaus both reach Peace together, Lizzie and Ethan being married with a full life ahead, Cleo and Kaleb hunting evil vampires, Jed being a real alpha and MG dead(i hate MG with all my heart because his role in the story and the fact that he is really the blame for what happened with Landon and Hope: if he give the ascendant to Hope she will saved Landon before Malivore got him and none of this will happening right now. And the fact that he single made the decision to keep the ascendant secret and not to save Landon even if he was the one in problems Landon will be there for him with no seconds to think. Also making the decision to be in Hope's team even if he knows that means killing Landon and Cleo i mean I am honestly amazed by what this kid thinks about himself as being a hero even if he doesn't know the first thing about being a hero and not forget he killed Landon one time, honestly Hope put Landon above everyone else only few times and she is hated and MG the worst and selfish choices in the show, like telling Ethan that he loves Lizzie, why he gets with nearly Zero haters?) The finale season should happen after a flashfoward and everyone returning after being away from each other for 5-7 years or so to save the school.

What do you think about this theories ?

Does anyone buy into the potential idea they are setting up to kill off hope this season cause it just feels weird they would set up a weapon that can kill her yet not use it, every other unique weapon was used to kill so and so, dahlia, the hollow, cade and of course the originals, the only one who never tasted true death was rebekah but every other original got wasted by the one weapon that could destroy them so does anyone believe its possible or just a big false tease? Cause you have this new triad coming in about we want you dead hope, you got cleo having visions of some tree, you got landon on his way back who is the only other person apart from malivore who knows of the tree, and if they have alaric die its going to give lizzie motivation to find the weapon cause she seemed to be wanting to kill her.

Its just interesting how the ultimate monster hunter is now going to step into the monsters shoes where all the protagonists want her dead this time.

So now that hope is a tribrid without empathy for others and if this season is promised to be darker who should she kill or at least crippled beyond magic being able to help, who should it be and why?

If you are wondering what I mean by the title I think perhaps in season 5 or a latter season we could have a flash forward and the main cast is nik mikaelson(son of freya and keelin), stefanie salvatore(daughter of damon and elena), then I think we could get another child of malivore if his phoenix plan comes true, a child of landon and hope if landon lives, probably children of the other kids somehow as well, I dont know about alaric having another kid though.

I'm just curious about it if has ever been mentioned or anything like that that Alaric still drinks vervain in Legacies as precaution for Vampire students trying to compel him.

I want to know the exact time that passed between season 6 and 7 of TVD. It’s for something important that I’m working on, so I need to know the exact amount of time. Like how many weeks or how many months, please help if you know. I checked the show, but Caroline says “a few weeks” but from the amount of time that Alaric was keeping Jo’s body, that doesn’t make sense

In One Day You Will Understand, Alaric said that Hope couldn't have kids if she became a tribrid. However, Klaus was a hybrid as well and he was able to procreate with Hayley. Was this some sort of continuity error or will being a tribrid be different from being a hybrid?
