Season Eight

I don’t want to sound dumb but when Katherine died as the traveler thing she was human right? But in Season 8 wasn’t she a vampire. From what I’ve saw when someone is a human from taking the cure, if they get turned back they just throw up blood?

I’m really disappointed that Lizzie & Josie are Siphoners. I feel like if they fight by themselves they’re pretty useless and not very capable of defending themselves unless it takes their enemies a long time to kill them. In the vampire diaries it was fine and they tied into season 8 really well but in Legacies it’s like if they’re away from the school’s magical source, they need Hope of Rafael or someone else to draw power from. I know Josie had all that dark magic but that was magic from elsewhere she was filled with. I just think it’s sad that the twins can’t really stand on their own and I think that puts them in more danger than the rest of the characters on Legacies.

Personally, I think that Stefan was the better brother. I'm definitely going to get a lot of hate for this, but after watching season 8 again, I still think that he's the better guy and him and Elena should have been endgame.

Stefan was selfless so many times. Here's a list of some of the times where he's put everybody else before himself:

1x22: Stefan runs into the fire under Grayson Gilbert's practice to save Damon.

2x7-2x11: Stefan resists drinking blood so Katherine won't have any.

2x10: Stefan runs into the sealed tomb to save Jeremy from Katherine.

2x22: Stefan goes with Klaus to save Damon and to protect Elena.

3x05: Stefan turns off his humanity to protect Elena from Klaus.

3x09: Stefan saves Damon from killing Klaus so Klaus's hybrids don't kill Damon.

3x11-3x16: Stefan stops drinking Human Blood so he can get his humanity back (simply because he loves Elena too much).

4x10: Stefan forgave Elena for saying she was in love with Damon.

7x13: Stefan runs in front of Damon to protect him from the Phoenix Sword and gets stabbed

8x16: Stefan literally DIES to grant Elena and Damon a long, happy human life. Literally the day he got married to Caroline as well.

Stefan and Damon have had their fair share of evilness, but Stefan was always the better man. To add, most of the times that Stefan did said bad things, he had his humanity off and was under the influence of human blood.

I hate how the main characters turn their backs on each other sometimes specially in season 7 and 8 . Even tho matts and alarics actions were justified. It got on my nerves anyways 🤦‍♀️

At the end of season 8 how long did elena and Damon live after stefan died

I love her character she was blunt and badass she one of the heretics actually like besides nora and she would have been great addition to the final season what are your thoughts give me your opinion of this in the comments down below

So I am rewatching the first season because I finished season 8 about a year ago. I just wanted to say that if you have finished TVD entirely you should 100% rewatch season 1. It is nice to see how the characters have changed, and all of the connections a references to future seasons. I forgot how much i love this show!!! ***Spoiler Ahead*** But I think we all knew Stelena was never meant to be.

What was the purpose of Kai giving Elena's body to Cade?

Why did the dagger made of her bones not kill Katherine, but why was the one dagger made of Cade's bones kill him?

I'm guessing he was on verge of death, is that how Stefan could kill Cade in limbo?

In Season 8, Kai told Caroline that the twins, Lizzie and Josie were acting strange, siphoning magic and starting fires at school because they spent a lot of time at the Armory. I wonder, what if the Salvatore school has the same affect on them? They’ve practically lived there for 10+ years. The magic within the walls that they’re siphoning could possibly trigger their emotions or explain why Josie’s so dark or Lizzie’s freak outs. Same as they were kids.

How many years was Elena in the coma for from 6x22 to 8x16, counting the 3 year jump and all that

After TVD ended and Stefan’s death everyone just began threatening her. I don’t understand why? Do people actually mean what they say or are they just messing around. Most people take these fictional characters and ships way too deep. In my opinion there’s nothing wrong with the writing, besides season 8 which I didn’t understand. Every other season (including TO and LGCS) was average writing but it wasn’t bad. She has others produce and help write the episodes as well but people still target her.

When Nina left the show everything went downhill, but Julie continued to write two more seasons of tvd. She created all of these different characters and included diversity. Everyone hates her because of their own problems. If their ship wasn’t endgame or Penelope leaving and Josie not getting a girlfriend. I don’t think threats and hate is gonna change anything or give you want you want. You call her an unoriginal or lazy writer but yet you still watch the show.
