The Cure

So, I'm not sure if I just missed something, but when Silas took the cure from Katherine's blood she had accelerated aging. So when Amara got the cure from Silas' blood why didn't he have that as well?

So we all know that if a vampire takes the Cure, they cannot be turned into a vampire again, because their body rejects vampire blood. So what would happen if Hope took the Cure? She has vampire blood flowing through her veins. Would the cure force her to reject all her blood, therefore killing her?

I don’t want to sound dumb but when Katherine died as the traveler thing she was human right? But in Season 8 wasn’t she a vampire. From what I’ve saw when someone is a human from taking the cure, if they get turned back they just throw up blood?

This might have been asked before idk really. But what happens if someone is drained from the cure and then is given Vampire blood to try turn it back into vampire?

In the finale of TVD, Stefan was human. He got his blood in a syringe, taking the cure out of him and putting it in Damon. As we all know, Elena woke up after he died.

The problem I’m swirling in my head right now is this:

Stefan would have no way of knowing that Bonnie would break the curse on Elena and her. He wouldn’t know! People say that Stefan did what he did so that Elena and Damon would their life together. But Stefan would think that Elena still had around 60 years in the coffin. But he gave Damon the cure right then and there. So by the time Elena wakes up, Damon would be old.

The writers fixed that problem by having Bonnie be like “I did it it took time but I did it.”

... that’s all we get?! Isn’t this supposed to be unbreakable, except only by Kai. Didn’t he say that if they tried to find their way around it, they would both die instantly?! Isn’t this the reason that Elena was gone for 2 seasons?!

Anyway that’s it. Stefan basically unintentionally screwed Delena while Bonnie broke an unbreakable spell. We didn’t even get how she did it.

This has plagued me all 50 times I've watched this show so if someone has an answer PLEASE help!

She's in a prison world by herself and finds Damon's notes to Nova Scotia so she can get her powers back from Silas's tombstone.

A) She has no idea where the tombstone is

B) To get the passageway that leads to Silas's tomb to open up she still needs a "Hunter in full bloom" and has to place her hand on his chest and absorb the spell in order to open the secret passage to where Silas would be laying if there were other people in this prison world. This world is a copy of ours so the passage isn't going to be open, it will be shut.

So how did she get the cure by herself?

I would love to hear theories or definitive answers. Please?

Alright, curently rewatching the show. When the cure is introduced is explained that the cure prevents Vampire blood from curing you if injured, it also prevents you from becoming a vampire again. But i had the doubt. What if someone undergoes the same spell, the modfied immortality spell, that made the Mikaelsons into vampires? Technically you are not drinking vampire blood, so could someone theoretically become a vampire again if they undergo the spell?

I think another question about it would be what happens? I mean in case the person that took the cure is deprived from it and later undergoes the spell? Would it be the spell get negated and the person dies?

So in the series finale, we know Elena took the cure and became human. Which is fine as she was only a vampire for a few years, so she wouldn’t age much and we also know that Damon drank her blood to become human with her making him the cure and if someone would drink his blood, he’d die of fast aging. But did anyone ask my girl Caroline if she wanted to be human again?.... I mean Elena could have taken the cure and aged a couple years, then Caroline drinks her blood and the age process is practically the same as Elena’s, as she was only a vampire a year or two longer than Elena and then Damon drink Caroline’s blood, since he’s the oldest and would die if someone took it from him?!

How was bonnie able to take the cure from the prison world of she was the only one there and silas was holding the cure with all of his strength. If he wasn’t there how did she take the cure?.

I'm not exactly sure if we have done this before but can we talk about how Nadia deserved better? She was snatched away from her mothers arms and forced to live with another person. She then tried to look for her mother for 500 years and turned into a vampire. She finally finds her mother just to realize that her mother doesn't want her and Katherine doesn't even treat her like she is her child and more as if she was a burden. What is even worse is that Katherine was dying quicker than normal because Silas drained the cure from her. She then taught her mother the traveler's spell so that she would live longer only for her mother to not care. She was then bitten by Tyler Lockwood and died because the cure was unavailable. All im saying is that I know that Nadia was a bad person, but she deserved better and she deserved a more present mother. It was really sad to see her die but at least Katherine comforted her through it.

Don’t you think it’s weird how Silas had to drain all the blood out of Katherine to become human while on the other hand all it took for Bonnie was a little syringe of Elena’s blood and Enzo would be human and same goes for when Stefan gave Damon the cure on the last episode

In the end of the series, why Damon didn't age quickly like Katherine did? He was 150 years old so how he lived a long life with Elena and have a child and didn't age at all?

Now I've thought about that for a long while and I've always been kinda surprised it wasn't something said in the show.

There was a time when litteraly all the Vampire species could be wiped out by killing the Originals. But now, Vampires will probably exist forever. Because each of Klaus' thousands of unsired vampires and all the futures hybrids / vampires from Hope's sireline have independent lives. Maybe even Rebekah's sireline will be unlinked too when she'll take the cure.

I find this really odd that it doesn't bother the witches who despise vampires that now those abomination will truly live forever and never go extinct.

So this might be a dumb question but if Rebekah turned human, would she still go crazy? I know supposedly it was gone (I think) but during that fight between Nik and Marcell she went all kai parker so yeah pls let me know. TY!

Ok when Stefan took the cure everyone he ever compelled came after him but why didn’t that happen to Katherine when she took it?? i need answers

It has been stated that if an immortal supernatural being takes the cure, they will revert back to being a mortal being again and will cause their bodies to reject vampire blood if introduced into their systems. However, if that someone who’s taken the cure, gets compelled to not reject vampire blood by any means, will the complusion be successful and the body doesn’t reject the vampire blood?
