Hypothetically speaking if they were to go into Lizzie's subconscious would her journey with the jinni be there?

Lizzie had wished malivore never existed instead of jinni to never had met him? Just a few word changes that jinni would’ve gladly accepted, how would this change the series?
Hey guys so five episodes into season three and.. I mean the show’s is still struggling. Like a lot. Anyway I thought I’d shed light on what some of mean when we say it has the potential. Through out its entire run there’s one specific scene sequence that stands out to me to this day. This was season 1x10, the Jinni one. Now what I loved about that sequence is that it seemed grounded in some sort of of reality, the stakes were high, the dialogue was more mature I mean for a minute there Josie was dead! Imagine if they dived more into that story line, even if it was a “mythical world”. If they carried that similar theme through out the rest of the show I wouldn’t be surprised if it was held to stranger things standards. Anyway I’d love y'alls feedback.
In s1 e10, I think, of Legacies, Lizzie meets a genie (jenni or whatever she calls herself lol) and ends up seeing a couple of alternate realities, all of which revolving around Hope. Well, in one of them, Hope is shown feeding on multiple people, some even decapitated. Now, she looks super cool and all in this, because we haven’t seen her with her vampire side yet. Question is, how exactly does she do this? Unlock her vampire side? Would she have to drink another vampire’s blood, or just die and come back to life? In TO, she does die for a short amount of time and comes back, and never unlocked her vampire side. So, I’m a bit confused on how she would be able to unlock it. Side-note: I think it would be cool if her third side were to be unlocked in Legacies as well.
So like in season 1 episode 10, we find out that josie is dead, but how exactly? It can't be the merge, because you need to be 22, lizzie was 16 in that universe, where she wished that hope was never born. I need some explaination!
I was thinking about when Elizabeth wished Hope out of high school and Hope found her after she blew out the school lights, in that episode, Hope and Josette approach. now, on second thought, I think they date in that universe, because Hope assumes to have a crush on Josette, so we can assume that they had a small relationship.
