Are vampires only hurt by one species of vervain or can they be harmed by all of them, because there is over 150 known species of vervain in the world.

I strongly believe that witch-vampire hybrids would have the ability to compel other vampires due to the fact that we see Marcel compel Elijah with the aid of Vincent casting a spell to open his mind. Lizzie was able to completely knock out the god Ben with just siphoning in a matter of seconds, so I feel like witch-vampire hybrids can just siphon other vampires along or even adding a mind weakening spell and they should be able to easily compel them.
I’ve just thought of this idea. Ayana Knew full well what Esther was planning, she knew how her spell would work through and through. Even warned Esther that what she was planning was comparable to a plague. So is it possible that Ayana secretly gave the vampire species their weaknesses(minus the WO one) to appease the spirits and Nature? Let’s also not forget that later in the series, Bonnie revealed that it was a spell that kept the Vampires from entering people’s homes without invitation.😎
How much can vampire blood heal?
Since Hope triggered her vampire side, so many assumptions have been made by FANS and not creator’s of the show. One of them being she has the strength of an Original, which is FALSE. Hope’s vampire side is her weakest side, everyone knows strength comes with AGE, when Katherine was turned she didn’t automatically gain the strength of a 500 year old vampire, it was given to her over time. Same can be said for ALL The Original Vampires and normal vampires. People say Hope is stronger than all The Originals and any other ancient Vampire. Witchcraft wise that is true, her magic is what makes her deadly but strength wise Hope isn’t that powerful. I’m just annoyed with seeing people say she can subdue people like Rebekah or Kol or even Marcel for that matter with just her strength when we all know that’s not how vampirism works.
Before you attack me take this into consideration. In S4 of Legacies at the carnival when Hope meets the ancient Vampire he tells her “You find out how hard it is to fight someone centuries older than you” to which she replies “that might be a little PROBLEM for me if i only were a creature of the night” meaning if she didn’t have her witchcraft powers he would’ve subdued her. Secondly before you attack me, in S4 again on the last episode Hope’s witchcraft was disabled against Aurora, forcing her into hand to hand combat which she ultimately FAILED because Aurora subdued her and cut her with red oak TWICE.
Let’s not forget Hope literally had to get the staff out of Auroras hands just to finally get the upper hand by using MAGIC obviously.
This goes to show without her magic, Hope doesn’t really have any other forms of fighting, unless the vampire is a freshly turned then she would definitely subdue them. If she honestly had the strength and skills of an Original, She would’ve fought that Carnival vampire without magic, she would’ve subdued Aurora in 0.5 seconds andd might i add she would’ve heard Rebekah coming from behind her with the dagger in 4x05. I love Hope, i do but this is something the entire fandom needs to accept. She can compel people because her father was an Original, that doesn’t mean she has equal strength to an Original as well. If you want to prove me wrong then by all means, go ahead but if you’re not coming with facts like i just did then don’t come at ALL.
Look, I don't want to raise any absurd hypothesis, but is it possible that Hope becomes fully immortal if she overcomes the weakness of the red oak tree? Because there was kind of a doubt, Hope cast the spell that created the oak tree with the twins, and in one analysis I imagine that nature created a loophole from the moment that was Hope's last spell/spell cast when she was mortal , now that she is fully activated her magic has been intensified with vampirism along with her emotions and all her other attributes and she can no longer die, if Lizzie or Josie absorbed the magic of the Hope tree could they overcome this weakness? The Hollow overcame the Labonair blood weakness I imagine it's possible with Hope as well through the tree, maybe it's possible? the Tree also has a mystical origin because it was made and was not in nature like the white oak, would that be a possibility or is this something completely canonical/impossible? (I'm not referring to Hope as an immortal like Silas or with the same powers, I mean that she just wouldn't be killed by any weapon, if the tree had its destructive magical effects nullified).
Now that show is over, I feel I can reveal what never got to happen but I wanted to see happen-
Clarke becomes a vampire, i think they were building towards it which would have been better than what he is now.
Again mg and kalebs vamp backstories should have been explored, idk why the writers were so vague with kalebs having put it off 3 times too many cause now we wont know
The rest of gods gotten out could have been interesting but they would have had to play it out over the entire season not a short time like ken, not sure how they would have been this huge mega threat considering their most powerful leader got taken out.
Mg as a ripper and ethan trying to get revenge on josie for his arm breaking, they could have made a villainous duo
I think there was just a few magical abilities left I wanted to see as well
Origin of the merge
Anything you guys wanted to happen but didnt?
Just like the title says, does that mean hope can heals fatally injured vamps with her blood?
how are dragons a threat,? they are apparently fire-breathing giant lizard shapeshifters, that's all, and have a certain invulnerability to weapons other than taking a sword through the throat , witches can knock them down with spells, and vampires and wolves can regenerate from the flames apparently, just air attacks It would be dangerous.
I shared a post talking about how season 5 if it happens it should go back to smaller stories but I want to elaborate on that, imo season 5 needs to really at the core be about vampires since this franchise started on vampires, I think that species has not been shown in the best light in legacies, idk if that was preplanned or not but I feel some stories about vamps need to be told and a few with scores to settle. The gods stuff can continue I guess but I think they just need to really focus on the vamps to close off this franchise.
Can a werewolf drink vampire blood and heal faster? I know a hybrid's blood can heal a werewolf but it is never shown that a vampire healed a werewolf. Maybe, I'm a little dusty on that. But again, in Legacies when Jed was terribly hurt they could have just told a vampire to heal him but they didn't. Is there a specific reason for that or was that a writing fault?
Can someone remind me cause I cant recall every single episode of tvd franchise but did the vampires and werewolves at any point ever use super eyesight cause I can recall super hearing, even super smelling but I dont at any point require super eyesight.
Hello, Everyone!!
I wanted to reiterate one of the points in Kylara's discussion post:

So vampires can live on animal blood it just doent work the same as human blood and the can live but there just weakend right?
If vampires can get pregnant with the baby be born a vampire or would have to die and drink blood to become and if they were was born as a vampire would they grow up until they reach maturity and then stop aging?
Since vampire bodies mostly function the same as humans, does that mean they still need to go to the dentist or does their accelerated healing extend to their teeth and gums?
If by some chance the ripper angle ever comes back into the show how should it be dealt with once and for all, cause I dont seem to recall an exact cure created, so far its I guess self control but should supernatural ways be brought in to stop it.
Options are-
Through a person perhaps an original to compel away the rabid hunger
Through an object
Through a spell
The vampire in question should just try mind over matter and talk themselves out of it
Spoiler if you are not up to date:
Major question, how is it possible for Aurora to be the vampire that helped create Malivore? She wasn’t created yet. If malivore was around when Cleo was that small then Malivore should be well before Auroras time. So can the job get passed down? I thought it had to be the original witch, vampire, and werewolf. So is this just a plot hole? Or does someone know what I’m missing and can elaborate? My roommate and I are very confused. Please and thank you if you can!
What do you all want this new triad to bring to the table that previous vamps, wolves and witches havent brought in terms of personality and maybe powers. I only ask that you dont put in anything that contradicts past information.
Till now Landon and Alaric are the only human characters in Legacies(even if they been supranatural at one point). We don't know if and when Alaric will come out of his coma but is sure that Landon will come back to life to bring back Hope's humanity(even the writers teased that in the promotional posters).
We don't know for sure if Landon comes back as a phoenix but if it comes back as a human what do you think if Hope turns him into a vampire: like he returns to life, drinks some blood from Hope(that the Salvatore School has) and then he goes after no humanity Hope and she kills him(is not the first time he is killed as part of his "plan" remeber fake-Cupid in season 2) to trigger her emotions back.
That should make all the people happy: Landon is not defenseless anymore,Hope has done something awfull when she was with no humanity, the show will not be about their ship anymore like Hope has to deal with triad and with what she has done when she had no humanity(also she has done something awfull and the no humanity thing wasn't for nothing),Landon gets his own story(non Malivore-related or Hope-related) and gets some development finally to his character(I mean I am very sorry for his actor, he gets the worst storylines possible)
As for when should expect Hope's humanity back and Landon's return to the land of the living the safe bet is Season 4 Episode 9 "I can't be the one to stop you"
