Hybrids, Heretics and Hope are all known existing hybrids in the Vampire Diaries/Originals/Legacies universe, but so far, we haven’t seen any werewolf-witch hybrids. I can’t help but wonder why. There are three series covering this universe.
I know that Klaus was half witch and half werewolf, but I’m not counting him, because once he activated his curse, his witchcraft abilities were expelled.
No, I’m talking real hybrids, people who can use magic and transform into wolves. Sure, they wouldn’t be nearly as cool without the iconic vampire blood and powers, but they’d still be pretty lit. Personally, I’d love nothing more than to see one of these hybrids. But what are your thoughts? Comment below.
What do you think about this new Human-Wolf form Diego showed us in the last episode of Legacies ? At first, I was shocked that they've somehow rewritted a monster that we know for 10 years of TVDverse but when I thought about it more, I think this is a really new and interesting case that never happened before.
Diego was stuck in the prison world for 10 years and each days was a full moon. That make at least 3 650 turning. Imagine if a young wolf trigger his curse at 15 ( so rather young ) and can live till 80 years old, it would make " only " 780 turning in his life. It mean that Diego in only 10 years endured almost 5 lifetime of turning.
It seems that like humans and animals, even supernatural beings can somehow under some circumstances, evolve with time to overcome some situations. It make me think about thing like " what would happen if a vampire keep burning himself all day in the sun ( but not enough for killing himself ) for years, maybe he could evolve into a vampire who don't fear sunlight ? In that casem it would be a lot of struggle for nothing since daylight rings are commons items but I think you get what I mean.
Also, this is only an assuption, but maybe some hybrids can use this form ? In season 2 of The Originals, Klaus and Hayley both showed the ability to transform their hands into werewolf paws.
We all know how a hybrid is made right? Werewolf dies with vampire blood, then they have to drink Elena’s blood in order to complete the transition. But what would happen if an untriggered werewolf became a vampire first. When they would kill someone, they’d break their curse. If this were the case, would they survive?
1) Can untriggered werewolves be compelled?
2) Can untriggered werewolves be brought back by the Gilbert ring?
A) Can untriggered werewolves be turned into vampires? (Without Hope’s or a Doppelgänger’s blood).
B) if so, can they not trigger their curse after like Klaus did after his first kill?
I was just wondering for curiosity’s sake.
Just as Siphons are a subsection of witches who are likely to become vampires and still retain their power to practice, is it possible that there are werewolves who can complete the transition? I have been thinking well and if there is any kind of wolf was not featured on the show? , maybe foxes like in books that are like a subsection of werewolves maybe, jackals, hyenas, coyotes or "wild dogs", maybe a type of werewolf that was also cursed by Inandu and his followers long after the first werewolves of the Inadu tribe, who they were against their sacrifices and their followers cursed them for being a form of werewolf inferior to the traditional or werewolves who sought, with the help of witchcraft, to be superior to vampires. Could these werewolves perhaps become hybrids like Klaus easily, dying with vampire blood and completing the transition, It's possible? I would like to see the program explore this side of werewolves, perhaps revealing kinship to other wolf breeds, wolf cousins or perhaps even bears in the evolutionary chain. Wolves and bears are related to distant primitive ancestors.
Could the Magic Purification Spell cure the Crescent curse?
For example a fully transformed werewolf would have set foot in Mystic Falls during the anti-non-traditional/traveler-magic zone. Would that have stripped away the Crescent curse and turned triggered werewolf back into untriggered one again?
Do you think if Hope can keep her magic after becoming a vampire she can acquire the power to make other witches become vampires? Why do I believe that at birth she already had the ability to turn werewolves into vampires ... now I imagine she'll end up doing this if she doesn't have that power in her blood and doesn't even know? because I imagine if she can do that to herself she probably has that ability, I believe she'll be able to do that as well as transform werewolves and it will make her a big threat to witches and a weapon to those powerful witches who wish to be immortal without losing your magic, what do you think?
I was wondering if a page can be made where there can be a catagory for each species, and in those categories would have the people of that species power rankings, for example, Witches: 1) Qetsiyah 2) The Hollow 3) Dahlia, etc, with power numbers and I think that it would be a good idea just so it would be easier to find the most powerful person of that species.
If Klaus was born a Siphoner and a Werewolf, later turned into an Original Vampire. How powerful do you think he’ll be? Do you think nature would stand for such an imbalance of power? Would he be very experienced with spells, considering he might be around witches a lot due to his siphoner heritage? How often would he use his ability to siphon magic away? What do you think?
Assuming that Hope, by maturing her powers and having self-control of her first-born magic, linked to werewolf rage and vampire immortality, can she become the most powerful creature in the world? I've been thinking of creatures that could take her status from her, the Sirens or Immortals could easily do that, as witches and vampires would be below Hope when she awakens the three genes and dominate the three TVD races with all their might, how deadly she is. would be? Reaching 1000 years as Klaus? or 3000 years like Sybil? Or much more than that? At 10,000, she will be the deadliest and most powerful creature in existence, because I feel that after many hybrids can emerge, the probable tetrabrid could be her baby with Landon, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren will be much more powerful than she is. What do you think she'll get because The Hollow got that status and was just a witch or a witch doesn't have to be tribrid or hybrid to be the most powerful? I feel that independent Hope will be so powerful that it will be very difficult for witches to stop her.
Im trying not to be too upset even to this day we never saw it but anyone still a bit offended they never shown it yet not only did they show the other werewolves like hayley, tyler and hope, but they even show all these new creatures? The apparent reason from julie is cause of budgetary reasons but that is an obvious lie. Even if I didnt care for werewolves, it didnt make sense when he faced people like dahlia or the beast, he never became a full on wolf.
I wish with all the special features on the blu ray releases, they'd at least show concept art of what they had of him, if they did at all. A rumor I guess from way back in the day, 2011 I think was julie or kevin williamson said his wolf form stood on two feet and looked more human like, i have no idea how truthful that is but if it is, id love to see it. I bought this special tvd book on amazon about the entire series seasons 1-8 and not anywhere does it mention this wolf form.
