Joseph Morgan has confirmed via an Instagram Live yesterday, June 9th, that he will reprise his role as Klaus one more time in the Legacies season finale, even if it is just for a fleeting moment.

Originally, they could. Damon used his crow to spy on Elena in the cemetery, but also to spy on Stefan numerous times, such as at the end of Pilot. Another crow was seen in the episode 1912, however the ability was retconned, more than likely due to the sheer fact that it seemed to unbelievable to have been an ability.
Etamar20 is correct. You should watch the first four seasons of The Vampire Diaries and then begin The Originals. From there, you can pretty much watch any of them in any order you like, as they act independently of one another except for one or two crossovers, or where one or two aspects of The Vampire Diaries Universe is mentioned; they're pretty self explanatory, though.

Hope and Landon's article was created by me because I thought that there would be sufficient want for it from the community — which there genuinely did seem to be at the time. As Bennett said, we suspended all relationship article creation as they were mainly poor quality articles that never got filled in.
I wanted to see if we could maybe increase traffic by creating a Hope and Landon article, but when I looked at the viewership and traffic that it drove to the platform, it didn't warrant the time spent that could've been spent on other articles.
No. The licensing contracts held between The CW and Netflix for both shows are independent of each other. The Originals will still be available after The Vampire Diaries leaves Netflix until it's licensing agreement runs out.
