So in legacies season 1 we learn that supernatural creatures cant be compelled and yet Elena a doppelganger is compelled by Damon when they first met. How is that possible?

Can't agree more! I feel like everyone was running everywhere in order to protect her I dont get why Stefan and Damon see her as this fragile little vase I feel like the last two seasons are the best No Elena drama
