Well, unless I'm mistaken, it has been established that two people were to be killed off in season 4 one of which is Jeremy Gilbert. Now the other character is left in dispute. I wanted to hear your thoughts.
Well, I personally think that this is one of Julie Plec's best episodes produced. It was truly gripping and I think I can say that the Silas reveal was very suprising for everyone. I just hope that season 5 has some truly genius episodes like this one. Originally, I had basically given up on this show until I watched this episode. The Katherine-Elena fight scene was venerable and one of the best fight scenes, if not the best. I especially love the clifhanger where Stefan Salvatore is locked and thrown into the sea. This is an excellent example of what the vampire diaries series can be at it's best.
I think that this will be one of those season finales that the villain (Silas) succeeds in his goal but it comes back to bite him in his ass. But I really cant wait to see what he really looks like (no homo!).

My surprise to Klaus and Hayley's 'moment' cannot be put into actual words. I mean it was weird enough to see Klaus shirtless ( his tattoos and necklace make him look cool like that no homo) but him doing Hayley aw man that was frickin' weird
Well don't keep us in suspense. If u do know something, u have to share it with us
Well at least u get the idea. I personally don't think that anyone is truly evil. Klaus like i said earlier might be disillusioned and not truly evil. Besides Klaus is a real badass so who really cares whether he's evil or not as long as he's on the show and I guess everyone is kinda selfish.
Maybe if you're on the wiki chat, we can discuss this even further
What about Damon is he evil? if you say no then Klaus' isn't either
What about Stefan? or Elena? or Elijah and Rebekah?
Killing is killing but this is not about killing but whether the character is evil on the whole. Every character even Matt has killed someone so if you're going by that then they are all evil.
To tell you the truth this discussion can go on forever because everyone has different opinions on Klaus and evil.
Well you've got a point about that so maybe it's the way we perceive. I mean some people have reasons:
Elena: was to protect Jeremy from Connor
Rebekah: has only killed Elena and Alaric (through Elena's death)
Elijah: was either to protect Damon in season 2, the person betrayed him (Trevor) or to aggrevate Klaus
Damon really has no reason so I guess he's kind of a dick too. And so is Stefan too. But you are right. I guess everyone is evil and no one is evil at the same time. It's like what Stefan said in S04E09 what makes them better than Klaus?
I dont't think that Bonnie would be able to bring Jeremy back not that I'm opposed to the idea of Jeremy coming back. She might have brought him back in the season 2 finale but that's because she had to plead with the spirits to help her. But don't give up hope. We'll have to just wait 'till the season finale, won't we?
I can totally see Ben Barnes as silas. Good idea!
Now that I think about it, Silas could really be an illusion as when Damon said he and Bonnie got on a plane, he didn't mention Shane/Silas being with him but if Silas is a vampire, then he might have easily compelled Damon or ran over the ocean or something
