MonsterFactory! I'm back! I spent the summer with my kids (if I'd have gotten on here even once, I may never have logged off for the last 3 months, lol), but they are back in school.
I missed all my TVD Wikia buddies. Can't wait to talk TVD s5 and TO with ya. Hit me up. Hope you had an awesome summer, girlie! :)
Hey Tia! I'm back after a summer away. Let's talk TVD! Hit me up on my profile. Missed ya! :)
Hi guys! I'm back from taking the summer off with my kids! Surely did miss all of you! It felt like forever until I logged on and started reading the threads. Still feels like home. Can't wait to see what season 5 brings to us! It's gonna be AWESOME! Much love. ~Emily
Foreshadowing at it's finest. Caroline will do cross overs. Bet on it. :)
^You know what's up^ :)
However, then why are there not more dopplegangers. Why are not there dopplegangers for every one of the originals or every first time vampire that falls outside of the balance of nature. An since Stefan is a vampire why is there not another doppleganger in the SIlas/Salvatore line. I assume Elena being a doppleganger is because of Kathrine having become a vampire. Does that mean now another will not be coming because Kathrine has been turned human.
Finally if becoming a vampire/immortal. Silas lost his ability to use magic, thus becoming susceptable to it as he is outside of the balance. Then how did Esther retain her ability to use magic, was she also put outside of the balance of magic.
Or is there something more then what has been revealed about the dopplegangers and their reason. Which may lay in answer with Qetsisah. For there are as pointed out too many open fallcies to the whole doppleganger plot. Especially give the reason for the dopplegangers. Then it should be know so where in Caroline's family tree a doppleganger is being born of her. If we went by how the doppleganger been explained so far.
We don't know anything about the Salvatore family, except for Damon, Stefan, Giuseppe and their descendents down to Zach, who Damon killed. You and I have no way of knowing if there has ever been another doppelganger in the Salvatore bloodline prior to Stefan. Silas is truly immortal, the Originals are not and neither are the vampires that they turned, who turned others and so on. So they would not have doppelgangers. Silas' form of immortality is stronger and nature demanded a form of him that could be killed time and again, because Silas himself could not be. Since it's already been confirmed that the Salvatore family bloodline will be delved into in season five and that secrets will emerge, it's probably safe to say there have been a few other Salvatore men with the same face as Stefan.
Caroline and Tyler's relationship is going to hit a skid when he finds out that she basically befriended his worst enemy. He'd be right to be pissed, too.
They have chemistry and that is why people go so nuts over it. It did seem like she had a crush on him, though she never wanted to admit it, and she did seem conflicted about him from time to time. She called him to come save Damon and he saved her life without having endangered it to begin with for once. It's mostly girls, because he is the ultimate bad boy. There will probably be something between them towards the end of TVD's end, if TO is still going.
I just went and Googled the actress you mentioned and she is beautiful...so definitely fitting to be on the show! I'm still leaning towards the Lover being a Petrova. I'm not sure who else would be good. I'd have to play around on the computer and search for a while. Maybe I'll get back to you later today or tomorrow with another face/girl for this role. :) I really like your choice, though.
Actually, Julie Plec said that there is a real possibility that Rebekah will start out the season on TVD and then make the choice to go to New Orleans. She and Matt are travelling together, so they will return from their trip and then she will go join her brothers.
@JuneBugg666: It comes out in October, either the Tuesday before, or the Tuesday after TVD airs on Thursday October 10th. :)
And I am a huge believer that we're going to hear from the Original Pack in TO. I think it's who Hayley is descended from. :) Yogurt, I like your ideas, too.
I really like that idea, Lynx81! It's new story-wise and adds something to the history of the Original Family, which actually could fit in. Whether the writers will do something like that, I'm not entirely sure. I would love to see it, though. You're a great story teller! Maybe you should write a pilot/season 1 for your own show and submit it to national television stations. Or write a book! I would read it! :)
I also think that Stefan won't remain hidden in the quarry for long. However, I think that Paul Wesley, like Nina Dobrev, will get to pull double-duty during some episodes, which I think is going to be really interesting to see! I can't wait to see Stefan return and find out more about the Salvtores, their presumably evil 2000 year old ancestor and his lover, plus Qetsiyah! We need to meet her before the mid-season finale, for sure.
And Matt, I think he should remain human in every sense of the word, meaning just a regular guy. He's the only character in the show who gives us a human perspective, that also means I hope they NEVER kill him off. Matt's very important when it comes to steering his supernatural friends in the right moral direction or in terms of helping them through their pain. It would suck if he was killed off or just left.
Yes, Matt needs to remain human and stay alive. He's their compass. I also agree that Bekah becoming human would be interesting!
Many people are having similar thoughts. Lynx81 has said it best. You should find some of Lynx81's recent replies on the matter.
So long as everything fits together and makes sense when the series comes to an end, I will be okay with whichever couple/couples equals endgame. I prefer Stefan not with Elena, because they are a total snooze-fest to watch...but the writers will do what they think is best. I am holding out hope that Kevin Williamson returns at the show's end to do what he does best: Finish what he started in style.
She better have some pretty enormous balls to ask Jeremy for protection. Lynx81 has some great thoughts on Katherine having taken the cure and what Silas will do about it.
On the otherhand , if the original undead Petrova who must be as immortal as Silas(maybe Silas' lover preserved by his magic from fully dying kind of like Esther) exists then Nina will have her hands full. with Silas' explanation Tatia simply cannot be the originator , doppelgangers are shadow selves of an undying immortal and not only is Tatia dead meaning the dopelgangers still exist because she was not the original but also Mikaelsons unlike Silas were made with weaknesses and are not invincible the white oak ash daggers and stake point to that . So the only possibility is the original Petrova is Silas' lover preserved from death by Silas despite Qetsia's magic, OR Qetsia made the impression to Silas that she is dead (hoping he would give up his quest for immortality) and kept her alive , sort of like if he used up all his witch powers to turn himself immortal she used up all her powers to keep her immortal so as to turn her into a weapon to kill Silas if the cure failed. I'm just being imaginative and give reasons why the petrova is immortal but I have a feeling she is and that is why Petrovas keep getting born and are always key for immortality spells by any witch as they are off shot versions of a true immortal of the first order.
Will you come to my house and tell me stories at bedtime? Because you're kind of AWESOME. :)
I really, REALLY like that! Very awesome! You might be changing my mind. :)
I absolutely think we're headed for a "Are Stefan and Elena fated to be together?" story line. That doesn't necessarily equate endgame, though. He also loved Katherine. And Elena has made a different choice this season. Elena could say "Screw you, fate! You're not going to control me." I'm not saying that Stefan and Elena won't end up together. They probably will. I'm just saying that we will not know what the endgame is until the end. I'd be willing to bet money on Kevin Williamson returing for the series' end. He'll want a hand in that. He left Dawson's Creek for a while, as well. He likes to see his projects through. :)
