What the deal with this world? From what I can remember Hope and Josie go there but it’s never really explained that much and kinda forgotten pretty quickly. Does anyone mind explaining it for me.
What's on your mind?

Legacies
I wanna try to wind down on these type of posts cause its been like 2 years or almost 2 years since legacies ended and all we've gotten since then for future projects is a bunch of maybes so I figure the interest is dying down more and more each year so it becomes less likely but nonethess if we do get another legacies or some sort of continuation I do think there is another major thing that needs to be added and maybe I said this before in the past and forgot but to add to the thin suspense I really think they being the writers should introduce the concept of soul erasure cause right now these constant afterlife dimensions-peace, hell, the other side, ancestral well, limbo, etc is protecting them and this can be a good and bad thing its good for our favorite characters so they can just be sent back to life but on the other hand for a storytelling perspective it isnt as exciting cause it makes death almost meaningless and im not saying I want the characters to die im just saying it makes the story more interesting and want to tune in more to see the outcome otherwise right now that possibility they could actually die as in no longer existing is a null and void concept although we could speculate certain characters perhaps did truly die cause we didnt see them in the afterlife but that is the most we can get from that otherwise everyone is pretty safe especially now that hell is gone what exactly happens to the villains they I guess spend an eternity trying to get coins to give to landon to pass on idk but even that I dont get how that works cause surely they will want to continue their evil ways onto peace, that is why I speculate landon erased the necromancer and sent him to peace as ted cause he knows necro would try to take over the world. But yeah those are my thoughts I do think that concept needs to be established cause the writers cant write in nature wont allow immortals to exist yet allows people to become spirits it dont make sense to me.
Idk if anyone is still around here but to anyone who sees this and has seen all of legacies and since a part of me still clings to a 5th season but instead of focusing on the bad moments of this show I thought I'd focus on the good and here is my favorite legacies moments in no order of importance and I'd like to hear yours
1.hope in an action scene
2.most of necromancer scenes
3.most of malivore scenes
4.most of Landon scenes
5.klaus returning
6.aurora returning
7.most of the monster scenes
8.kai 2 part episode
9.3x04(aka the real season 2 finale)
10. Some of the christmas episode
Why did they send Hope back to the Bording school in season 4? It was clear to them that she needed help and they could have given that to her, so why the hell did they send her back to a place that has caused her so much trauma.
I have a small question about the Saltzman twins and Salvatore Boarding School:
In Legacies, Lizzie and Josie are seen siphoning walls and floors of the school, but how are they doing it? Was it ever explained how Salvatore Boarding House became magical? If yes, can anyone tell me the episode and season?
Thank you.
Since Hope triggered her vampire side, so many assumptions have been made by FANS and not creator’s of the show. One of them being she has the strength of an Original, which is FALSE. Hope’s vampire side is her weakest side, everyone knows strength comes with AGE, when Katherine was turned she didn’t automatically gain the strength of a 500 year old vampire, it was given to her over time. Same can be said for ALL The Original Vampires and normal vampires. People say Hope is stronger than all The Originals and any other ancient Vampire. Witchcraft wise that is true, her magic is what makes her deadly but strength wise Hope isn’t that powerful. I’m just annoyed with seeing people say she can subdue people like Rebekah or Kol or even Marcel for that matter with just her strength when we all know that’s not how vampirism works.
Before you attack me take this into consideration. In S4 of Legacies at the carnival when Hope meets the ancient Vampire he tells her “You find out how hard it is to fight someone centuries older than you” to which she replies “that might be a little PROBLEM for me if i only were a creature of the night” meaning if she didn’t have her witchcraft powers he would’ve subdued her. Secondly before you attack me, in S4 again on the last episode Hope’s witchcraft was disabled against Aurora, forcing her into hand to hand combat which she ultimately FAILED because Aurora subdued her and cut her with red oak TWICE.
Let’s not forget Hope literally had to get the staff out of Auroras hands just to finally get the upper hand by using MAGIC obviously.
This goes to show without her magic, Hope doesn’t really have any other forms of fighting, unless the vampire is a freshly turned then she would definitely subdue them. If she honestly had the strength and skills of an Original, She would’ve fought that Carnival vampire without magic, she would’ve subdued Aurora in 0.5 seconds andd might i add she would’ve heard Rebekah coming from behind her with the dagger in 4x05. I love Hope, i do but this is something the entire fandom needs to accept. She can compel people because her father was an Original, that doesn’t mean she has equal strength to an Original as well. If you want to prove me wrong then by all means, go ahead but if you’re not coming with facts like i just did then don’t come at ALL.
Would it work like I think it would without the magic he would no longer be a upgrade vampire and if lizzie and Josie put it in Klaus it would make Klaus upgraded like marcel
Whether or not we get to see this im curious nonetheless, who would you choose to be the remaining gods in the coffins as well as kens siblings and why would you pick those choices?
Do you have any theories as to why witches can't channel the magic of the gods? only Lizzie why is the siphoning more aggressive and faster? why do i get the impression that witches can yes, i think the gods somehow use all their control to not allow channeling, other than the fact that witches' magic is the same as the gods'? why was it through Ben's flame of magic that it all started?
How do you feel about Josie Saltzman being the last remaining siphoner/Gemini coven member alive?
Do gods have psychic powers? ken seemed to read Aurora's mind knowing about her life and other details, as well as how Jen said she distorted her memories to make people believe him, we've never seen anything like that anymore if it's not Ken's exclusive powers, would they be psychic too?
I have a few ideas on how to make legacies and any other tvd related project succeed if they return, some of it Ive said a dozen times, some might not be
In no order of importance-
First off as stated many times there needs to be a danger to the protagonists that somewhat lacked on legacies, I think we need to move beyond how many protagonists that can be killed off, I think its been established as bad as that is, to make a true villain they should do a worse fate than death, I dont think that would happen however.
Stay away from the complicated mythology, luckily it wasnt too bad with the gods stuff although a few times I think I was like huh, I mean even the fury stuff was confusing. But even a fantasy nerd as myself cannot stand this overcomplicated mythology. I almost wanna say throw away all the rules at this point cause there isnt 100% consistency. Im not saying you have to make this franchise flat out stupid but lets remember this is still entertaining art first not homework.
Do not bring back monster of the week, it was a failed experiment, I guess they could still incorporate monsters but they were never handled greatly, I mean idk, I think maybe they should just bring in shapeshifters as the only new species left and call it a day.
Answer any remaining questions that are too vague and flat out need visual explanation. Some can be answered via clues but some you have no choice but to show. And tbh Im not a fan of fans(no pun intended) having to fill in the blanks for the writers, it kills the reason we go to see tv shows so someone else can do the great writing for us and we tune into see it.
As usual try to dial back on plot errors or just even common sense errors, like I'm a bit more lenient on errors in the magic stuff cause its hard to put realistic rules on a subject like magic, its hard to get mad at inconsistency. But some stuff like cleo having the power to inspire ideas in people is not good of an idea due to common sense, stuff like that.
Sort of going back to the answer questions bit, they need to take full advantage to dive deeper into villains motivations and personas. They simply didnt do a good job at explaining the motivations of malivore, ken and necromancer as to past villains, there was still vagueness within them. That bothered me alot.
No more filler, that is an extension of no more monster of week but like no more therapy box/hallucination episodes
I still think the human characters at best need to be guest stars simply for the fact this is a show/franchise about the supernatural not the natural. Its also established in tvdverse the supers are in the minority compared to humans.
I am not gonna say we need more cameos cause unless its to do with the story then I dont think they are needed.
Imo these are the main issues to cover in order for legacies and potential spin offs to succeed so they dont mess up again.
Now that show is over, I feel I can reveal what never got to happen but I wanted to see happen-
Clarke becomes a vampire, i think they were building towards it which would have been better than what he is now.
Again mg and kalebs vamp backstories should have been explored, idk why the writers were so vague with kalebs having put it off 3 times too many cause now we wont know
The rest of gods gotten out could have been interesting but they would have had to play it out over the entire season not a short time like ken, not sure how they would have been this huge mega threat considering their most powerful leader got taken out.
Mg as a ripper and ethan trying to get revenge on josie for his arm breaking, they could have made a villainous duo
I think there was just a few magical abilities left I wanted to see as well
Origin of the merge
Anything you guys wanted to happen but didnt?
Cause we havent seen yet, where exactly do you think he went when he died?
Peace(probably not but do recall dahlia and esther immediately went there when they died, no limbo for them)
Limbo
Malivore dimension
Prison world
Cades hell(if any remains)
His soul poofed into nothing(not sure its possible but I thought Id put it anyway)
Lizzie could only siphon them because it was part god power with the cuts cause the weapon was red oak and god power, but if it was just red oak she wouldn’t be able to siphon it cause it’s not power it’s just a weapon of nature? Am I right
Joseph Morgan has confirmed via an Instagram Live yesterday, June 9th, that he will reprise his role as Klaus one more time in the Legacies season finale, even if it is just for a fleeting moment.
We've waited years for this — are you excited? What are your opinions on how he could return given his death in the series finale of The Originals?

Many of you may not know this but a major issue I think needs to be resolved is presumably a malivore pit still exists and unless hope uses her blood to close it up, possibly other dangerous monsters and maybe malivore could come back through it. I dont know if they will settle that or not but I feel its one unresolved thread now that the gods, dark hope and triad are taken care of.
what did you think of the end of Aurora? if Julie doesn't spoil her ending, and she ends up getting back together with Ken?
