Season One

In Always and Forever, the ship was seen near the docks of southern Louisiana by two Frenchmen, who decided to go and check it out. Initially, the men believed it to be a ghost ship, so the leader led the rest of them onboard and gave them permission to take whatever they wanted. However, before they had the chance to look around, the men were whisked out of thin air one by one; this was eventually revealed to be Rebekah and Niklaus Mikaelson, who were starving after an unknown amount of time at sea and fed on the men due to this hunger. Also aboard the ship were their brothers Elijah, Finn, and Kol, the latter two of whom were kept daggered in coffins. Elijah turned his attention to the only surviving Frenchman and asked him where they had landed, and when the man responded that they were in the French colony of Louisiana in the recently-founded city of New Orleans, Elijah compelled him to enlist some help in carrying out all of their luggage from the ship. What happened to the ship after the Mikaelsons departed it is yet unknown, but it is assumed that they assimilated into the culture in New Orleans and began rubbing elbows with the town's elite before they began to help found the community there.
