He should have die when he was in mistic falls. If the spell was to remove all magic he shouldn't be alive and only losing his hunter's powers. He was brought back with magic twice to life so he could not enter in the anti magic perimeter

Jeremy was resurrected through a combination of Expression, Dark, and Spirit Magic. The Travelers' Spell was aimed specifically at Spirit Magic.
His resurrection isn't an ongoing spell like his Hunter abilities, which is an ongoing spell in a way. Him coming back to life wouldn't be reversed by the spell because of the fact he's been back a while and its not a continuous spell.
Correct. Think of it like this. Lighting something on fire with magic sets an event in motion. You don't need magic after the fire is started. Resurrection is the same way. You only need magic to raise someone not to keep them going.
Vampires are different magic keeps them going.

But by that logic Vampires and Hybrids should just revert back to human. Now I'm confused.
Vampires are different magic keeps them going.
Not necessarily. Vampirism is a ritual. A person dies with vampire blood, and they are 'reborn' with immortal life, which is made possible by magic. For all intents and purposes, technically they're dead, but just re-animated. That's why they're called 'undead', but they aren't acutally alive, which is how vampires cheat Nature's law that all living beings must die. Resurrection restores a person's life and they live/breathe on their own until they die again. This goes against the natural order which is why it's usually difficult to bring someone back.
^ It's a little difficult to articulate so I hope that makes sense!
