LGBT+ Characters

Characters and relationships from The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and Legacies, which are either lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, pansexual, asexual, etc.

So far there have been nine gay characters (Bill Forbes, Joshua Rosza, Frank, Lucas Parker, Aiden, Eddie, The Necromancer, Oscar, and Ben), four lesbian characters (Nora Hildegard, Mary Louise, Maya and Finch), six bisexual characters (Freya Mikaelson, Keelin,^[1] Tristan de Martel,^[2][3] Penelope Park, Jade, and Jed Tien^[4]) and one pansexual character (Josie Saltzman^[5]).

In the non-canon comic, Carissa is lesbian.

• Note: Rebekah Mikaelson and Nadia Petrova could also be considered bisexual given the fact that they've had a threesome with Matt in I Know What You Did Last Summer. However, this is never spoken about afterward.
