Talismans are personal artifacts of witches created by binding enchantments to stones to aid in their magic. In the series, they are primarily shown in the form of necklaces that can be used to draw power or focus the potency of their magic to perform spells that are otherwise taxing.
On rarer occasions, talismans are shown capable of tethering a dead witch to the mortal plane or even housing a spirit within it.
