Efrain was a character who appeared in the second book of The Originals series. He was a vampire of New Orleans and was turned by Niklaus Mikaelson in 1766.
Throughout The Originals Novels Series[]
In The Originals: The Loss, Efrain was shown to be fawning over Rebekah, and would do anything for her, despite his shyness. After Rebekah is talking to Lisette, Efrain seems he wanted to be somewhere else.
He later participates in the fight against the morts-vivants as he was the second in command to Elijah's front. He is later killed by Lily by taking a fireball.
Personality[]
Efrain is shown to be shy and smitten with Rebekah. Rebekah states that even though he had extraordinary blue eyes, he got tongue-tied at the mere sight of her.
