In 2013 Enzo sedated Bonnie in her dorm room and brought her here. He gave her pills which can help make her unlocatable by The Armory in exchange of a research about Alex. In the fall of 2013 Bonnie started falling in love with Enzo. Bonnie decorated the house for the New Year's Eve of 2014. After dinner, the two danced. In 2015 Enzo and Bonnie kissed.
In Somebody That I Used to Know, Enzo, Bonnie and Damon came here to see Rayna, who was located in the storm cellar. Enzo and Damon offered to kill some people on her list in exchange to transfer her link to the Everlastings to Bonnie.
