In City Beneath The Sea, he and the other wolves guide Jackson, Hayley and Hope out of the bayou so they can make their escape. Kurt and other wolf later aim their bows at Elijah as he comes to ask for a vial of Hope's blood to enact a plan. Much later, at night, he attends the funeral for Aiden and watches as they set his corpse on fire, and push him out into the water.
In Fire with Fire, he and the wolves are still trekking through the bayou to help Hope, Hayley and Jackson to escape from Dahlia. As Hayley tells the pack that she can't lead them anymore so they won't put their lives in danger, Kurt and the wolves kneel to her. They make their way across the river and when they reach a road, Kurt comes driving up in a white truck, telling them to get in. As they gather around at a junkyard, Klaus shows up and the wolves begin fighting against them, until Dahlia enacts the Crescent curse that had initially been cast years ago, causing the pack to turn into their full wolf forms.
