The Motel is located in Denver, Colorado. Jeremy, Damon, and Elena stayed there in Heart of Darkness. After, the incident with Kol, Elena, Damon, and Jeremy spend the night here. While in their room, Jeremy tries to contact Rose, from the other side, to find out who turned her. Once Jeremy contacts Rose, she tells them that Mary Porter turned her, and that she's rooting for Elena and Damon to get together. Jeremy tells Elena and Damon that Mary turned her, and that Rose is looking for Mary now. Later that night, Damon has a conversation with Stefan about Alaric. In the middle of the night, Damon and Elena start to talk and leave the room, but they end up making out. Jeremy then catches them kissing, and tells them that Rose came back, and that Mary is in Kansas. They leave the Motel to go find Mary Porter in Kansas.
The motel is mentiond by Damon Salvatore in Do You Remember the First Time?' when he tells Elena Gilbert that an ice-cooler in a motel in Denver has some memories of them together (from when the two made out when they were bringing Jeremy home)
