The New Orleans Group is the unofficial name of the team of main and recurring characters on The Originals. Members of the group have been known to come and go based on their motives and loyalties and has often included both who have worked together to fight against a common enemy. Its members often worked separately and against each other, though when the situation required it, they occasionally joined forces to get to their respective goals. Their counterpart groups are the Mystic Falls Gang and Salvatore School Group.
Unlike the Mystic Falls Gang, the New Orleans group consists of characters with opposing interest, though they are considered as one group due to occasionally working together to reach their goals as well as to fight a common threat.
