Robert "Rob" Pralgo is an American actor who portrays Mayor Richard Lockwood in the first season of The Vampire Diaries.
Robert also had many roles in TV series like High Rise and One Tree Hill.
Biography[]
Robert Pralgo was born on June 4, 1966 in The Bronx, New York. He has been pursuing a career in acting seemingly his whole life, only he didn't realize it until he graduated from the University of Ga. with a B.A. in TV/film production.
Robert began taking acting classes with a minor in drama under the guise of wanting to be able to work better with actors. He graduated from the university of Georgia with a B.A. in TV/film production.
