Sonja Sohn plays the role of Lenore, a witch, foe of Klaus, who later gets possessed by his mother, Esther, in The Originals. She is an American actress and community activist. She is best known for her role as Detective Kima Greggs on the HBO drama The Wire, and as Detective Samantha Baker on the ABC series Body of Proof. She is also known for having starred in the independent film Slam, which she also co-wrote.
