The Spirit possessing Oscar was a character who first appeared in the fourth episode of the seventh season in The Vampire Diaries. The spirit was an unnamed, former deceased vampire trapped in the Phoenix Stone. The spirit was possessing Oscar's body before its permanent death.

The spirit was a vampire stabbed by the Phoenix Sword and eventually died and trapped in the Phoenix Stone.

Season Seven[]
In I Carry Your Heart With Me, the vampire spirit possessed Oscar's body and killed a bus full of tourists.
In Live Through This, the vampire spirit was possessing Oscar's body. He drank a lot of blood and tried to kill Bonnie because he was afraid to go back into the Phoenix Stone. Enzo killed him to protect Bonnie.
Personality[]
From what can be seen when he possessed Oscar, he's very aggressive and violent, as he went after both Bonnie and Enzo to get the Phoenix Stone.

The vampire's true appearance is not known, but he took Oscar's appearance as he possessed his body.
