Stefan's 1920s victim list is a hidden list in Stefan's old apartment in Chicago. It's a list of every man, woman or child that he killed during his 'ripper days'. Stefan used the list to record and relive each and every kill. The list is first seen in The End of the Affair, during Season Three.
In the Season Three Blu-ray Exclusive, that the cast put names of the people they knew on the list (for example, Nina Dobrev's mom Michaela and crew members such as Matthew D'Ambrosio).
The inclusion of Christopher Lee on this list could be a homage to the actor, who played Dracula multiple times in various films since 1958.
Some names (such as Dutch Brown, Taylor Derence, Kari Lennox) also appear on Slater's list] of vampires in The Sacrifice.
