Your profile page is where ypu can introduce yourself, if you. Though not like personal information. As long as it's not going against our policies or Fandom's we generally ndont have anything strict, at least not currently.
While such articles/profiles exist currently, we've been working to remove that along with a lot of other things that do not conform to current policies. A infobox, if you will is generally okay - as some users tend to use them - but creating characters/fanfiction, etc, that's a no.
Okay. Profile are about you, the user. Likes, dislikes, characters and episodes of the series, etc. This community houses only canonical information related to the Vampire Diaries and it's related material. Anything beyond that - "fanservice [fanfiction/invented] characters" etc., doesn't need to be made, inclusive of profile content. There are plenty of fantasy communities where users make their own stories.
I think you're confusing the two things, additionally, now you're referring to blogs, which is not your profile.
Let just say, for simplicity, whatever you're wanting to 'invent' shouldn't be on your profile or a blog. If you want to invent a character or make a "human version" of Hope, I suggest contributing that towards a fanfiction community.

do you know any community fandom fanfiction?
i was busy these days, but I can help you with that.
The best places to read/write fanfiction are AO3 and Fanfiction. You will be able to find a lot of fanfiction stories there and you can also create your own characters and write about them. I hope this was helpful.
