Willoughby is a small town located somewhere in Pennsylvania. It was founded on April 12, 1776.[1]

The town has a Corn Festival. According to Stefan the town is "the creamed corn capital of Pennsylvania."
The town was first seen in American Gothic. Katherine bought a house here and it served as a home to both Elijah and Katherine.
